The ASA Foundation Accelerator is a growth-focused program created to help women entrepreneurs in staffing build a strong foundation for long-term success. Key features of the program include:

Facilitated monthly peer group sessions to encourage collaboration and shared learning

The Importance of Supporting Women in Staffing Leadership
Women make up a large portion of the staffing workforce, yet they continue to be underrepresented in executive leadership roles. According to ASA data, the number of women CEOs in staffing firms has increased from under 20% in 2020 to 42% in 2022—a promising trend, but one that still reflects room for progress.
The accelerator program is part of the ASA’s ongoing efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the staffing sector. It was made possible in part by a generous donation from ASA Hall of Fame inductee Dorothy Taylor, a former staffing CEO who expressed a desire to “pass it forward” and support the next generation of women leaders.
